I know that the Gin Night is sold out this Saturday but I thought you may like to know what I've got planned for the menu..

Starters ... Beetroot tomato & Gin Soup, Caramelized Onion, Goats Cheese & Gin Tart, Gin Cured Salmon, Gin Marinaded Prawns, Roasted Pigeon Breasts with a Pear & Walnut Salad Gin Vinaigrette

A wee taster of Gin & Tonic Sorbet with a Cucumber Jelly (Veggie Gelatine used!)

Mains.... Gin Roasted Pork, Smoked Salmon & Gin Pasta, Venison & Slow Gin, Lemon & Gin Chicken, Peppers Stuffed with med Veg & Gin Couscous

Puddings ..... Lemon Curd Ice Cream with Gin Flamed Blueberries or a Gin & Lime Cheese Cake

I think that's everything I have planned - sorry if you can't make it but I will have another Gin Night sometime next year ... I Promise! xx

Well this weekends Gin night is sold out.... really looking forward to one of my favourite themes for a menu...
However with it having sold out no point banging on about it... So Novembers Theme night will be a Scots night on Sat 22nd November - there are still tables available if your interested and I'll get a menu posted here once I've worked it out..... :)

Great to be open again....Counter is fully stocked now and the cake cabinet is almost there.... I have to admit I've been playing with some new cakes... there are Halloween orange flavoured Queen Cakes... and a Chocolate Orange bubble cake... photo to follow... :)
